EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 0-1 or more years of experience in medical information call center handling inbound and outbound calls.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
> To receive and provide responses to medical information inquiries in a timely manner
received through phone/fax/email/mail from the patients, pharmacists and other
health care professionals.
➤ Thorough understanding of the use of FAQs and product labeling to respond to medical inquiries. Perform outbound calls to obtain missing or additional information.
> To receive and process the documentation of medical inquiries, product quality complaints, and adverse events.
➤ Comply with regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and quality departmental procedures.
