Concord Biotech is conducting a Walk-in Interview for experienced and fresh talent in the pharmaceutical industry. We are seeking qualified professionals for various departments including Quality Control (QC) Microbiology, Production (Aseptic Area/Dry Powder), Quality Assurance (QA/IPQA), and Purchase.
The walk-in interview is scheduled for November 22nd & 29th, 2025, from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
1. QC Microbiology Department
Position: Trainee Officer/Asst. Manager
Qualification: BSc/MSc
Experience: Fresher to 12 Years
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Environmental Monitoring of the injectable facility (Settle plate, air sampling, surface monitoring, and personnel gown monitoring).
- Ensure strict adherence to good documentation practices and aseptic behavior.
- Hands-on experience in Microbiological Testing (Sterility, BET, Antibiotic Assay, MLT, and Culture testing).
- Perform Microbiological Method Validation activities.
- QMS Activities.
2. Production (Aseptic Area / Dry Powder Area / Lyophilizer / Filling Machine)
Positions: Operator / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: ITI / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc
Experience: 02 to 10 Years
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of Aseptic practices and techniques.
- Excellent understanding of the MFG area, Vial Washing & DP Area, and Autoclave areas.
- Knowledge of filling machines, ALUs, and Sealing/Vial capping machines.
- Experience in the operation of a Dry Powder filling machine.
- Exposure to sterile injectable vial filling machines.
- Knowledge of Spray Dryer, High Pressure Homogenizer, Complex Skid, and Media batch preparation process.
✅ 3. Quality Assurance (QA & IPQA)
QA (Qualification)
Positions: Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc
Experience: 05 to 08 Years
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Review, execution, and activity documentation of Equipment / System / Utility.
- Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Hold Time Study, and CSV activities.
QA (IPQA)
Position: Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc
Experience: 03 to 05 Years
Key Job Responsibilities:
- In-Process Activity, Line Clearance, AQL, APQR, and BMR review.
- Sampling work.
- Following GMP Practices at the Floor level.
4. Purchase Department
Position: Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc
Experience: 02 to 06 Years
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with the ERP system (Purchase Module).
- Sourcing, Procurement, and Vendor Development of API, Raw Materials, RLD, Excipient, and Packing Materials.
- Procuring Engineering Items and MRO of the Plant.
- Procurement of Consumable Items for Formulation and DP Plant.
