1️⃣ Manufacturing – Experienced Operators
Eligibility: Diploma / B.Sc.
Experience: 2 to 12 years in injectable manufacturing
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in operating equipment such as:
Vial Filling
Washing
Capping
Sealing
Compounding
Terminal Sterilization
Stopper Processing for Injectables
2️⃣ Manufacturing – Supervisors
Eligibility:
M.Pharm / M.Sc (Full Time): 6–10 years
B.Pharm: 8–12 years
Required Skills:
Experience in injectables manufacturing (Upstream/ Downstream)
Strong people management and leadership skills
Experience working in a regulated USFDA-compliant environment
Knowledge of cGMP, decision-making ability, and good communication skills
3️⃣ Manufacturing – Senior Equipment Specialists (SES)
Eligibility:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 6–10 years in:
Pharma
Food & Beverage
FMCG
Chemical or Cosmetics industry
Responsibilities:
Support operational efficiency and equipment reliability
Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance
Work with cross-functional teams
Maintain records of equipment performance and losses
Review and execute reliability plans.
