This recruitment initiative aims to attract skilled professionals in the field of pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in injectables, and engineering support roles.

Open Positions & Eligibility Criteria
1. Manufacturing – Experience Operators
Qualifications: Diploma / B.Sc
Experience Required: 2 to 12 years
Key Skills:
Experience in manufacturing injectables
Handling production equipment like vial filling, washing, capping, sealing, compounding, terminal sterilization, and stopper processes
2. Manufacturing – Supervisors
Qualifications:
M.Pharmacy / M.Sc (Full-time) with 6–10 years of experience, or
B.Pharmacy with 8–12 years of experience
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in upstream/downstream injectables manufacturing
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of USFDA-regulated manufacturing environments
Familiarity with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
3. Manufacturing – Senior Equipment Specialists (SES)
Qualifications:
BE/B.Tech or ME/ M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required: 6 to 10 years in Pharma/ Chemicals/ FMCG/ Food & Beverages/Cosmetics industries
Responsibilities:
Support operational efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance
Equipment reliability planning and execution
Documentation and cross-functional collaboration
Root cause analysis and loss prevention
