1. Equipment Maintenance Engineering Roles
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Tech with 4–8 years or Diploma with 8–12 years of experience
- Background in EEE, ECE, Instrumentation & Automation preferred
- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of filling lines, packing lines, autoclaves, washing machines, sterilizers and other equipment
- Knowledge of preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance
- Experience with calibration and maintenance of instrumentation, PLCs, sensors, drives and control systems
- Familiarity with GMP compliance, qualification activities and continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Experience: Pharma / Biotech / FMCG / Manufacturing industries.
2. Automation Engineering Roles
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Tech with 4–8 years or Diploma with 8–12 years of experience
- Experience in Automation Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV, AVEVA PI Historian, PLC/DCS and industrial communication protocols
- Knowledge of recipe management, alarm rationalization, operational excellence and automation initiatives
- Collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and IT/OT teams
Preferred Experience: Pharma / Biotech / FMCG / Manufacturing industries.
3. MSAT – Technology Transfer Roles
Qualification & Experience:
- M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech
- 6–12 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience in technology transfer, scale-up and process/product improvements
- Support for new product introductions (NPI)
- Preparation of technology-transfer documents and submissions
- Experience with global market requirements, cGMP, Data Integrity and Quality Systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, performance monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement
4. MSAT – Validation & Qualification Roles
Qualification & Experience:
- M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech
- 6–12 years of relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Experience in validation of manufacturing and utility systems
- Knowledge of Equipment Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV)
- Experience with HVAC, PW, WFI, clean steam, compressed air and nitrogen systems
- Knowledge of computerized system assurance (CSA)
- Experience with terminal sterilization, TS including SAL calculations, cGMP, Data Integrity and regulatory compliance
