Parexel is Hiring Human Resources Business Partner
•5+ years of relevant experience as HR business partner.
•Perform duties associated with human resources areas such as employee onboarding, employee relations, employee retention, and local/regional Human Resource Business Partners.
•Act as a human resources consultant to counsel and coach employees and managers on different/wide range of topics.
•Excellence (Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, L&D)
•Participate in formal staff review processes, e.g., performance and salary reviews to corporate standards and timescales and make recommendations.
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
