Experience : At least 2-4 years of HR experience required.
Qualification : Any graduate with MBA (HR) degree is preferred
Salary : Up to 30k (Per Month)

Brief Job Description:
• Handle entire recruitment life-cycle from sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordination with candidate and panel members for interview process.
• Responsible for offer negotiation and ensuring candidate’s seamless on-boarding process.
• Conducts background verification checks.
• Induction co-ordination with cross function team
• Maintain MIS data and summary as per the requirements in order to recruitment & manpower.
• Documents Management: Proper filling & keep the records in our track.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
