Designation:- Senior Executive – Injectable (Mfg. Only)
Department:- Parenteral/ Injectable
Experience:- 07 to 09 Years
Qualification:– M.Sc/ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm
Job Location:- Nr. Bavla, Ahmedabad
- Must be worked in Small Volume Parenterals
Job Profile:-
1) Planning and execution in Injection manufacturing, filling and packing.
2) Handling and Monitoring of below mentioned equipment’s
- Injection Aseptic Manufacturing,and cleaning with CIP system.
- Ampoule Washing Machine.
- Ampoule Dehydrogenation.
- Filling And Sealing Machine.
- Steam Sterilizer (Autoclave).
- Ampoules Inspection Machine.
3) Trouble shooting within GMP criteria.
4) Co-ordination ability with lower and upper sub co-ordinates and team members.
5) Handling and execution of work experience of online BMR filling, log, E-TMS and
SAP.
6) Online documentation, Review of BMR and logbooks.
7) Daily shift production/manufacturing planning.
8) Timely manufacturing of batches with online completion of documents
9) Yield improvement and monitoring different stage yields.
10) Checking of RM, SFP/FG intermediates availability.
11) Miscellaneous material requirement assessment and proper utilization
12) Optimal utilization of area and equipment.
13) Preparation and review of SOPs,MFR,MPR,BRR and BPR.
14) To handle the deviations, change controls Incidence reports etc.
15) To ensure left over materials after batch completion is returned to the store on time.
