Role Overview
The selected candidate will support the Business Development team by handling customer documentation, quotations, reporting activities, sample coordination, market research, and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal & Commercial Documentation
- Prepare quotations, proposals, product profiles, and customer presentations.
- Support commercial documentation as per customer requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Production, QA, SCM, and Finance teams.
- Ensure timely collection of information for customer inquiries and projects.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain customer registration documents, NDAs, agreements, and records.
- Ensure proper document control and compliance.
Sample Coordination
- Coordinate product sample requests and dispatches.
- Maintain sample tracking records.
- Follow up on customer feedback.
Market Research & Business Intelligence
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Prepare market intelligence reports.
- Identify potential business opportunities.
Tender & Project Support
- Assist in tender documentation and submissions.
- Support strategic business development projects.
Team Support
- Provide operational support to the Business Development team.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
