1. DP Manufacturing
Qualification:
Diploma in Mechatronics / Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical

Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Operation of isolators and associated equipment related to cartridge filling.
- Experience with Vial and Pre-Filled Syringes (PFS).
- Hands-on experience with CIP/SIP skids, vessel operation, compounding, filtration and autoclave operations.
- Experience with isolator, lyophilizer and single-use systems.
- Candidates with experience in sterile injectables are preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts and support regulatory inspection/audit activities.
2. Engineering & Projects
Areas:
DP & DS Equipment | Utility | HVAC | Water System | Instrumentation
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant and process equipment.
- Experience with equipment such as fluid filling lines, vial washing, autoclaves, manufacturing/filtration vessels, CIP/SIP, TCU, packing machines and drug substance equipment.
- Experience in utility maintenance including water systems, HVAC, chillers, AHU, air compressors and cooling towers.
- Exposure to boilers, diesel generators and transformers.
- Troubleshooting knowledge of PLC, HMI and SCADA systems.
3. DS Manufacturing
Qualification:
M.Sc. / M.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology / Microbiology
Designation:
Executive / Sr. Executive / Team Leader
Experience:
2–12 Years
Manufacturing Areas
Mammalian Suite – Upstream | Downstream Manufacturing
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Experience in mammalian cell culture and monoclonal antibodies/drug-substance production.
- Knowledge of cell expansion, media preparation, sterile and single-use bioreactor operations.
- Experience with harvest, clarification, depth filtration and chromatography purification.
- Knowledge of protein A, ion-exchange and other polishing steps.
- Experience with viral clearance operations and tangential flow filtration (TFF).
- Understanding of bulk drug substance handling, formulation and associated manufacturing operations.
- Candidates with experience in Cytiva, Merck Millipore or equivalent chromatography platforms are preferred.
- Microbial fermentation and drug-substance production experience is also relevant, including inoculum development, fermentation process monitoring, harvest operations, downstream processing, buffer preparation, purification and precipitation/crystallization.
