OneSource, in collaboration with Arcolab, is conducting a major recruitment drive for experienced professionals to join its Corporate Office in Bilekhalli, Bengaluru (Opposite to IIM).
We are seeking dynamic and qualified candidates for key roles in Production Quality Management System (QMS) and core Production operations.
Production QMS – Senior Executive
This role requires a high degree of expertise in quality compliance and documentation within a regulated environment.
- Experience: 7–10 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and ensuring timely closure of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), Change Control, Deviation, and Customer Complaints.
- Risk assessment preparation.
- Handling all aspects of response writing for internal and regulatory audits.
- Overseeing Self-inspection and Area upkeep.
- The candidate must have exposure to USFDA audits.
Production – Executive | Senior Executive
This position is for experienced personnel ready to take on critical, hands-on manufacturing and quality assurance tasks within the production unit.
- Experience: 3–5 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handling shift activities and line clearance activity.
- Monitoring of Terminal Sterilization, Filling operations, Lyophilizer operation, and Glove Integrity testing.
- Performing reconciliation and review of BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record).
- Handling media fill and reviewing protocols.
- Performing Protocol preparation, review and approval.
- Preparation and review of trends.
- Candidates should possess good proficiency in Word and Excel.
