Job Title: Junior Executive – Trainee / Officer

Job Description & Core Responsibilities
As a Junior Executive – Trainee / Officer in the Warehouse, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Material Management: Managing the receipt, storage, dispensing, and complete documentation of all raw and packing materials in strict accordance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Record Keeping & Compliance: Updating essential warehouse records, including GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), BIN cards, ATRs (Analytical Test Reports), and handling materials with varying statuses (approved, retest, rejected). This also involves the safe handling of hazardous materials.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinating all internal material transfers, dispatches, and maintaining calibration records for necessary equipment.
- Documentation and Support: Ensuring the accuracy of all warehouse documents and providing support for housekeeping and coordination with other departments (e.g., Quality Control, Production) to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
- Candidates should have between 00 to 05 years of relevant experience.
Educational Qualification:
- Applicants must hold a degree in any of the following fields:
- MBA
- M.Com
- M.Sc
- B.Com
- B.Sc
- BA
