About the department
Compliance Operations was formed in August 2015. Comprising of NNI compliance, Compliance Operations India, Assurance India with major responsibility of handling compliance related activities globally and locally. The department is also responsible for safeguarding the Novo Nordisk values and license to operate. Compliance Operations India office team is responsible for tracking the payments made to Health Care Professional (HCP) and Health Care Organisations (HCO). The team is responsible for data consistency, completeness, consolidation, and reporting. The team is also supporting third party registrations, due diligence, and Business Ethics (BE) Compliance Frameworks.
The position
As a Senior Associate, you will handle the Plan, track & record activities of all the interactions with Health care professionals & Health care organisation’s and perform sanity check to ensure the correct details are considered. You need to manage master data in the internal portal where you are responsible to validate master data records, control master data quality/monitor data flow & manage secondary master data key (SIEBEL and SELAS id). On the other hand, you will be involved in data reconciliation & system tracking and manage payment upload files (to HCP Portal) from users and external suppliers.
Additionally, you will manage invoice support e.g. vendor number and continuous quality review of HCP portal e.g. data load from SAP ECC. Furthermore, you must manage business ethics Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting, extraction of BE KPI results, rolling out the KPI results and handling queries from affiliates and aggregated data analysis. You will also be involved in general support, day-to-day support to global organisation and support process tools and templates. You will ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk systems, policies and take full responsibility for development and fulfilment of Individual Development Plan (IDP). Maintain/develop relevant IT systems and financial models.
Qualifications
- You should be a graduate/postgraduate in Commerce/MBA or relevant.
- Good academic track record and grades.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
- 0-1 years of experience from Compliance/Accounting/Economy function .
- Experience working with SAP ERP system.
