Education :
UG: B. Pharm, B.Sc.
PG: Any post Graduate, preferable MBA
Experience : Min. 4-5 Years of experience in international sales preferably in Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Medicals.
Target Mfg. Industries : APIs, Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals
Functional Area : Lead Generation, Sales, Customer Relationship, Team Manage
Job description :
Achieve Regional sales revenue and customer acquisitions
Handling Regional sales department with executive team members
Strategic planning for new market entry and existing market expansions
Identify right products, targeted customers to achieve the sales targets
Finding/Searching, calling and co-ordinating with overseas clients, Understanding their requirements and generate sales leads
To learn/know import regulation related to Pharma products in each country
Handling customer queries with respect to technical documents (COA, MSDS, Manufacturer’s Licences, and Technical Data)
Co-ordinate with internal Purchase department, Logistic department for timely supply
Maintain and update the customer database timely
Prepare important presentation for export sales
Export data analysis and trend on competitor pricing
Desired Skills :
Managerial skills to develop executive team members
Knowledge of Pharma products and Markets/Regulations
Capable of generating International Business Leads and convert lead into Sales
Good Interpersonal and Effective communication (Writing and Speaking)
Very Good Command on English Language
