Position: Asst.Manager (Environment Compliance)
Division Exp in Years: 08 to 12 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech-Chemical or M.Sc Environmental Science
Preferred Industry: Pharmaceutical/Chemical/Agro Chemicals
Job Responsibilities:
· To maintain the statutory registers / records pertaining to the environment management and to produce the same to the authorities as applicable from time to time.
· To ensure monthly monitoring of ambient air quality / stack monitoring by PCB authorized agencies and to submit the reports.
· To asses site performance w.r.t. Environment Management System.
· To conduct Environment and sustainability training/capability development/improvement in site Environment Team.
· To Conduct environment risk assessment and review Environment CAPA’s
· To carry out Sustainability reporting-stakeholder engagement and coordination.
· Independent dealing with govt. authorities to apply and obtain NOC, Consents, Hazardous Waste authorization, EC, NOC from CGWA, Licenses to export Hazardous chemicals etc.
· Handling of Statutory Compliance Regulatory System.
· Data compilation and analysis for Sustainability audits, IMS, RC 14001 and Environment audit
· Environment load calculation.
· Statutory reports like Monthly, Quarterly and returns etc. submission Report preparation for Govt. Agencies.
· Hazardous Waste Management and Captive Secured Landfill site handling.
· Budgeting for environment dept.
· Coordination with third party environmental monitoring agencies.
· Environmental surveillance and reporting.
· Updation of Environmental rules and regulations.
· Compliance to Air, Water & Hazardous waste consent order conditions
· Strong Environmental Compliance, evaluating environmental impact
· Implementation of SOP’s
· Ensure compliance of all legal regulations & implementations of various acts.
