- Work Location: Kothur (Formulation Division).
Available Positions and Eligibility
The company is looking for candidates with I.T.I, Diploma, or B. Pharmacy qualifications. Please note that the company is specifically encouraging male candidates to apply due to the nature of rotational shifts in production areas.
1. OSD Production & Packing (Oncology)
- Operator (6–8 years experience): Expertise required in operating equipment such as GEA (Granulation & Compression), Alexander Works (Roll Compaction), NEOCOTA (Coating), Bosch (Capsule Filling), CVC (Bottle Packing & Labeling), and Optel (Track & Trace).
- Supervisor (4–6 years experience): Must have experience supervising production lines, including compression, coating, and IPQC verification.
- Shift In-charge (10–12 years experience): Responsible for managing overall manufacturing activities.
2. Production & Packing (Non-Oncology)
- Operator (6–8 years experience): Expertise required in Tapasya & ACG (Granulation), Sejong (Compression), NEOCOTA (Coating), Bosch (Capsule Filling), Labultima (Spray Dryer), CAM/IMA PG (Blister Packing), Auto Cartanator, CVC (Bottle Packing), Maharshi (Labeling), Anchor Mark (Dry Powder Line), and Optel & HAPA Printing.
- Supervisor (4–6 years experience): Experience in supervising Granulation, Compression, Coating, Spray Dryer, and Packing lines.
- Shift In-charge (10–12 years experience): Focused on managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
Important Candidate Requirements
- Communication: All candidates must possess good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience Type: Only candidates with Formulation experience and Regulatory exposure will be considered for these roles.
- Shift Flexibility: Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
