Naprod Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., a reputed pharmaceutical formulation company, has announced a major walk-in interview drive for various technical positions. This hiring initiative is scheduled from 26th November to 29th November 2025, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM at their Boisar facility in Palghar, Maharashtra.
The company is looking for skilled professionals with relevant pharmaceutical experience. Candidates must bring their updated CV, the last three months’ salary slips, bank statement, increment and appointment letters, Aadhar and PAN card, original qualification certificates, and a passport-size photograph.
Available Positions
Naprod is hiring across several departments:
Engineering Department
There are openings for roles such as Officer – Utility, Assistant – HVAC, and Officer – Electrical. Candidates applying for these positions should have experience ranging from 1 to 5 years, depending on the role. Qualifications include BE (Mechanical) for Utility, ITI/RAC for HVAC, and BE (Electrical) for Electrical positions. Only male candidates are preferred for these roles.
Quality Engineering
The company is looking to hire a Senior Officer – Equipment Qualification. Applicants with 3 to 5 years of experience and a graduation degree can apply. This role requires hands-on expertise in equipment qualification activities within a formulation setup.
Production (Injectables)
Openings are available for Officer/Senior Officer positions in the Oncology Injectable Production Department. Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience and qualifications such as B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc are eligible. The company requires professionals with strong knowledge of sterile and injectable manufacturing processes.
Quality Control
Naprod is also hiring for Officer/Senior Officer – Analytical Method Validation, requiring 3 to 5 years of pharmaceutical QC experience. Applicants should hold a B.Sc or M.Sc and have expertise in analytical techniques and method validation.
Quality Assurance (Injectables)
There are openings for Senior Officer/Officer/Executive – IPQA positions. Candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience in injectable QA operations and qualifications such as B.Sc or M.Sc are preferred.
