Role Overview and Requirements
Naprod Life Sciences is seeking candidates who possess a strong academic background and practical industry experience. To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience specifically within a Formulation & Development department.
- Industry Background: Prior experience working in an OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing plant is considered essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
The selected F&D Officer will be involved in the end-to-end product development cycle. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Research and Development: Conducting thorough literature searches for API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and various drug products.
- Trial Management: Planning and executing trial batches, followed by a rigorous review of analytical data to compare performance against previous batches.
- Process Validation: Executing PV (Process Validation) batches and reviewing critical documentation including PV protocols, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), and Specifications.
- Technical Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive F&D documentation, including MFR (Master Formula Record), PDR (Pharmaceutical Development Report), Change Control, and tracking CPP (Critical Process Parameters) and CQA (Critical Quality Attributes).
- Compliance and Design: Managing the preparation of artwork and drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational excellence.
