1. Quality Control (QC)
Experience Required: 1–5 Years
Key Requirements
- Experience in GLP practices.
- Knowledge of Raw Material (RM) testing.
- Experience in Microbiology testing.
- Finished Product testing experience preferred.
2. Quality Assurance (QA)
Experience Required: 1–5 Years
Key Requirements
- Knowledge of cGMP, GLP and GDP guidelines.
- Review of BMR, BPR, SOPs, STPs and quality documents.
- Line clearance and equipment clearance activities.
- Handling Deviations, CAPA and Change Control.
- Documentation management and calibration activities.
- Experience in internal, customer and regulatory audits.
- Knowledge of Data Integrity and Quality Management Systems.
3. Production (Manufacturing, Packing & Allied Operations)
Experience Required: 1–5 Years
Manufacturing
- Experience in manufacturing Ointments, Creams and Liquid formulations.
Packing
- Experience in pharmaceutical packing operations.
Additional Skills
- Manufacturing of Ointments, Creams, Liquids and Gels.
- Tube Filling and Packing operations.
- Machine operation knowledge.
- Documentation including BMR/BPR.
- Understanding of cGMP practices.
4. Purchase Department
Experience Required: 1–4 Years
Key Requirements
- Procurement of Raw Materials.
- Purchase of Packing Materials and Consumables.
- Vendor development and negotiation.
- Purchase Order management.
- Documentation and record maintenance.
5. PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)
Experience Required: 1–4 Years
Key Requirements
- Production planning and scheduling.
- Inventory management.
- Coordination with production teams.
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
- Demand planning experience preferred.
6. Business Development
Experience Required: 1–4 Years
Note: Only Female Candidates Required.
Key Requirements
- Experience in pharmaceutical formulation marketing.
- Business development and client handling.
- Market expansion activities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Relationship management experience.
7. F&D (Formulation & Development)
Experience Required: 2–6 Years
Key Requirements
- Formulation development of Ointments, Creams, Liquids and Gels.
- Scale-up and technology transfer.
- Stability study experience.
- Knowledge of excipients and raw materials.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.
