Production – Operator
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
- Compression, coating and granulation operations.
- BMR documentation.
- ALCOA/ALCOA+ compliance.
- cGMP compliance and SOP implementation.
Production – Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Compression, coating, granulation and blending operations.
- BMR and logbook maintenance.
- Solid dosage manufacturing.
- cGMP, SOP and QMS compliance.
Packing – Blister (Primary & Secondary) Operator
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
- Blister packing.
- Auto-cartoner and serialization operations.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Calibration and packaging documentation.
- Knowledge of USFDA/EU-GMP/WHO guidelines is preferred.
Packing – Primary & Secondary Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end packing operations.
- Line clearance and dispensing.
- Blister, pouch packing and changeovers.
- Validation, CAPA and deviation management.
- Maintenance, calibration and documentation.
- Knowledge of USFDA/EU-GMP/WHO standards preferred.
Warehouse – Officer / Senior Officer
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Automated (AS/RS) warehouse operations.
- GDP and GWP compliance.
- ALCOA+ documentation.
- Temperature and usage log monitoring.
- Audit readiness.
- Coordination with QA, QC, Production and Accounts teams.
Engineering Projects – Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering)
Key Responsibilities:
- Project execution and timeline tracking.
- Deviation reporting and corrective actions.
- Purchase order and contractor management.
- Documentation and statutory compliance.
- Audit readiness.
- Bottleneck identification and cross-functional coordination.
