Position – AM / Manager – Sales admin
Qualifications – Any Master Degree (Any Graduate can also apply)
Experience Required – 05 Years and above ( Pharma Preferred )
• Coordinated with the Internal Sales Team and the vendor for SFA application queries, development, and other related activities.
• Generating DCR (Daily call Report), Activity Report, Missed call report, and Doctor Coverage Report
• Monthly/Weekly performance report. (Target vs Achievement)
• Generate Work plan report of MR
• Generate party-wise sale reports.
• Weekly Doctor/Chemist call average report
• day-to-day sales administration
• Invoicing, Collections, C-Forms, E-Waybill, Road Permits
• pre & after-sales support from sales coordination/ demos, payment follow-ups
