Open Positions and Requirements
Marksans Pharma is hiring across multiple specialized departments. Here is a breakdown of the available roles:
Production – OSD & Softgel
The company is seeking Supervisors, Officers, Senior Officers, and Executives. For Oral Solid Dosage (OSD), candidates should have experience in Encapsulation, Granulation, Compression, or Coating. For Softgel, expertise in Medicament or Gelatin is required. Applicants should hold an ITI, Diploma, B. Pharm, or M. Pharm with 2 to 8 years of experience.
Production – Topical, Liquid & Dry Powder
Roles are open for Supervisors and Officers with 2 to 6 years of experience. Specific expertise in handling ADAM, SARATEC, DHARMATEC, and filling/packing machines like WORDPACK and PACMAC is highly valued.
Packing Department
Positions range from Supervisor to Executive level. Candidates must have 2 to 8 years of experience specifically in operating Blister machines, Cartonator machines, and CVC machines, along with knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC)
Qualified B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc graduates with 2 to 6 years of experience are invited to apply for Officer to Executive level roles. These positions focus on maintaining the high standards of safety and efficacy Marksans Pharma is known for.
Engineering and Warehouse
The Engineering department is looking for BE (Electrical) or Diploma holders with 3 to 8 years of experience in Process and Utility maintenance. Meanwhile, the Warehouse has openings for B.Com, B.Sc, or D.Pharm graduates with 2 to 7 years of experience in logistics and inventory management.
