Eligibility and Qualifications
To be considered for these roles, candidates should meet the following educational and professional criteria:
- Educational Background: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm, or D.Pharm.
- Professional Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience specifically within a Regulated Pharma Manufacturing environment.
Key Skills and Knowledge Areas
Marksans Pharma is looking for candidates who are well-versed in the technicalities of pharmaceutical packaging. Ideal applicants should possess expertise in:
- Primary & Secondary Packing: Proficiency in both stages of the packaging process.
- Machinery Operation: Hands-on experience with Blister, Strip, & Bottle Lines, as well as Carbonators.
- Documentation: A solid understanding of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Compliance: Deep knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
