Role Overview
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives across domestic and international markets
- Drive B2B growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and support global expansion strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product portfolio including APIs, formulations, and specialty chemicals
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies
- Ensure compliance with CDSCO & US FDA guidelines
- Drive international marketing and export activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory teams
- Prepare technical dossiers and marketing brochures
- Build and maintain client and distributor relationships
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Chemistry / Life Sciences (MBA preferred)
- 6–12 years of experience in chemical or pharma marketing
- Experience in international markets and exports
