DEPARTMENT: ENGINEERING SERVICES
- Section: Mechanical
Designation : Officer & Technical Associate
Qualification: BE (Mechanical)/ ITI (Fitter),
Experience: 2 to 6 years
JD: Knowledge of GMP, GDP, data integrity. Plant maintenance of reactors, pumps, centrifuge, Sparkler/ Agitated nutsche filters, RCVD, VTD, Tray dryer etc.
2. Section: Calibration
Designation: Officer & Technical Associate
Qualification: BE (Instrumentation)/ ITI (Instrument Mechanic), Experience: 2 to 6 years
JD: Prepare yearly/monthly calibration plans, Attend operation, breakdown & calibration of Instruments, Creation of SOPs related to calibration, Plan and perform temperature mapping & maintain associated documents. Maintenance, Installation and calibration of control valve.
3. Section: Utility
Designation: Officer & Technical Associate
Qualification: BE (Mechanical)/ ITI (RAC/RFM),
Experience: 2 to 6 years
JD: Operation and running of Boiler/MEE Plant, Undertake preventive maintenance of Utility equipments, Knowledge of GMP, GDP, data integrity and Safety principles. Familiar with brine plant, chilling plant, nitrogen plant and Air compressor.
