JOB DESCRIPTION:
Quality Control:
1) Awareness in Sampling and testing of RM/Excipients
2) Experiences in HPLC/GC/LCMS/GCMS/IR/UV/ Dissolution/ Polarimeter/ Potentiometric titrations/KF/ PSD by Malvern & Other wet & Physical analysis
3) Awareness on current Data Integrity requirements & CGMP requirements, Stability studies
4) Knowledgeable in handling OOS/OOT/Deviations and QMS (CAPA, CCP etc..)
Department: Quality Assurance (API/FML)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Quality Assurance:
1) Review of BPR, batch cleaning record, test data sheet, Sampling of API finished goods.
2) Preparation of APQR
3)Handing of QMS document (Change control, Deviation, CAPA, OOS, OOT) review.
4) Response preparation of customer queries & questioner
5) Review of qualification & validation document, investigation report, QRM etc.

Qualifications: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry)/ B. Pharma
Experience required: 5 to 12 yrs

JOB DESCRIPTION: LCMS & GCMS:
1) Hands-on experience in handling LCMS & GCMS
2) Ability to troubleshoot while working on LC/GC-MS
3) Strong knowledge in analytical method validations (Nitrosamines & genotoxic impurities) of OSD and API’s
4) Calibration expertise
