🔹 1. Executive – Quality Assurance
Department: Quality Assurance
Designation: Executive – Quality Assurance
Experience: 10–12 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Location: Indore
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation and compliance with cGMP, GLP and other regulatory requirements.
- Handle quality systems, including SOPs, documentation, change controls and deviations.
- Lead OOS/OOT investigations and CAPA activities.
- Review APR, PQR and CPV reports and ensure effectiveness of quality systems.
- Ensure compliance in manufacturing, packaging, testing and warehousing.
- Support internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer audits.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP and GLP.
- Hands-on experience with deviations, CAPA, change control and OOS/OOT investigations.
- Good understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
🔹 2. Stability Analyst / FG & In-Process Testing Analyst
Department: Quality Control
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc.
First Division: Mandatory

Key Skills & Exposure
Candidates should have experience/exposure in:
- HPLC
- GC
- UV
- Dissolution
- LIMS / QAMS / SAP
- GMP and Data Integrity
- 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
- USFDA / MHRA exposure is preferred

🔹 3. Quality Control Analyst – API / RM Analysis
Designation: Analyst
Experience: 2.7 Years of experience in API / RM Analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process, HT and stability testing of API products.
- Conduct analysis using HPLC, UV, GC, IR, Polarimeter and other analytical instruments.
- Maintain laboratory documentation in compliance with cGMP, GLP and data integrity requirements.
- Review analytical results and support OOS/OOT investigations.
- Ensure timely completion of stability studies and reporting.
- Work in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

🔹 4. Apprentice – HR (Learning & Development)
Role: Apprentice – HR (Learning & Development)
Qualification: MBA (HR)
Academic Requirement: First Division mandatory
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Duration: 12 Months
What You Will Do
- Support Learning & Development initiatives, including training needs analysis.
- Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops and e-learning modules.
- Support content preparation, LMS updates and training reports.
- Assist with training effectiveness evaluation and feedback analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning.
Candidate Profile
- MBA in HR with First Division in all academics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR domain.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
