The Opportunity:

To be a part of a multi-disciplined team providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, Product Data Management, Compliance/Regulatory support and Market sourcing service to our customers and sales associates via the telephone, email, and live chat. The team will consist of associates from a variety of scientific specialties from Life Sciences.

Required Skills, knowledge & experience:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) any foreign language proficiency will be an added advantage.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Should be able to work in a deadline-drive environment with multiple concurrent tasks.
• Working knowledge of word, and Excel. Knowledge of Access will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Chemistry/ Life science – (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioinformatics & Biomedical Engineering)

**Flexibility to work in Night shifts is a must.
