Marketing Manager

Experience: 03yrs to 05yrs

Qualification: Pharma Graduate

Key Points:

•Launch of new Brands to contribute to portfolio and business growth in the Kenyan market

•Primary and secondary research on the disease epidemiology and competitor landscape

•Key Account Strategies for Brands to optimize formulary listing in major hospitals

•Identify opportunities to educate key decision makers in Kenya regarding disease education and access related to Kusum products.

•Pricing: Manage country price files Preparing business cases for optimal pricing

•Plan and implement promotional and marketing strategies to best maximize reach and revenue goals

•Monitor healthcare trends and hospital spending to ensure the best positioning for Kusum brands

•Establish effective departmental metrics for success; review monthly and quarterly against metrics and goals

•Direct team staffing, training and performance toward achieving set goals

•Plan and execute a wide variety of events, conferences and other customer interactions.

•Holding business review with the distributors on quarterly basis covering new business opportunities.
