Amity Institute of Pharmacy (AIP), Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida has invited applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under an Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) sponsored research project.
The research project focuses on Alzheimer’s disease-associated dementia and the development of nanocarrier-based drug delivery systems, offering an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in pharmaceutical and biomedical research.
Position Details
The institute is looking for candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF). The selected candidate will be engaged for a period of two years.
The fellowship will provide a monthly compensation of ₹37,000 plus HRA.
The upper age limit is 28 years.
Research Project
The selected JRF will work on the project titled:
“Amelioration of Alzheimer’s disease-associated Dementia using Levosimendan loaded Abelmoschus esculentus plant polysaccharide-based nanocarriers.”
The project is sponsored by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF).
Educational Qualification
Candidates possessing M.Pharm or M.Sc. in any of the relevant disciplines, including:
- Biotechnology
- Biochemistry
- Chemistry
are eligible to apply, subject to the requirements mentioned in the advertisement.
Candidates with a valid NET/GATE/G-PAT score card will be considered as specified in the recruitment advertisement.
Desirable Skills
Preference may be given to candidates having experience or skills in:
- In-vitro cell culture
- Experimental animal models
- Pharmaceutical/biomedical research
- Research publication in Scopus or Web of Science indexed journals
Candidates who have a strong desire to pursue a full-time Ph.D. and demonstrate a strong aptitude and motivation for research are encouraged to apply.
