We are a Rs. 3000 Cr Multi business entity with a legacy of more than 40 years, engaged in the manufacturing of Chemicals and Pharma based industrial intermediates. To meet our continuous growth needs, we require deserving candidate for following positions in Chemicals & Pharma business at Vilayat, Bharuch.
PRODUCTION CHEMIST
Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering/B. Sc. – Chemistry.
Experience For Diploma in Chemical Engineering (2 to 5 years of experience) and for B. Sc. (4 to 8 years of experience). Must have worked in in Batch/Continuous chemicals plant with DCS operation.
Candidate must have hands on experience of Reaction, Autoclave, Hydrogenation, Distillation / MEE operation, Filtration & maintain process parameters, filling of BPR, log sheets, safety compliances, trouble shooting, Awareness about ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and GMP.
SHIFT IN CHARGE – PRODUCTION
Qualification: B. E./B. Tech. in Chemical.
Experience 4 to 10 years of experience
in Continuous / Batch chemicals plant with DCS operation.
Candidate must have hands on experience of Working Knowledge of operation of pumps, compressors, blowers, safety valves and control valves, Exposure in preparing SOP’s, Experience in DCS / PLC based control systems, Awareness about ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and GMP.
