Quality Control (OSD)
QC Validation Analyst: Experience: 4-8 Years. Qualification: M.Sc./M. Pharma/B. Pharma. Analytical methods validation, Handling HPLC, GC, DR and other instruments, Reviewing analytical data.
QC Sr. Officer / Executive: Experience: 4-8 Years. Qualification: M.Sc./M. Pharma/B. Pharma. QC analyzing, Stability, In process, FP, RM sample. Handling instruments (HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, DR, SSA), preparing STPs and review of analytical data.
Production (OSD)
Granulation/Compression/ Packing Officer: Experience 2-4 year. Qualification: M. Pharma/B. Pharma. Working in granulation, compression area or packing area. Independently handle the respective area machine operations.
Technician: Experience 2-5 year. Qualification: D. Pharma/ Diploma/ ITI. Working in Granulation/Compression/ Primary/ Secondary Bottle Packing. Basic knowledge of computer (Excel, Word).
Quality Assurance (OSD)
QA Officer to Sr. Executive IPQA: Experience 2-10 Years. Qualification: B. Pharma/M. Pharma/ M.Sc. Line clearance, Sampling of In-process samples & FG sample. Review of BMR, BPR audit trail, review, manufacturing investigation, Shop floor, cGMP compliance.
Officer to Executive Analytical QA: Experience 2-10 Years. Qualification: B. Pharma/ M. Pharma/M.Sc. Investigations of OOS, Incidence, deviations. Review of analytical data of RM/PM, in-process and finished products. Review of audit trail of analytical instruments. (Must have sound knowledge on HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV etc.).
Validation (Injectable/OSD)
Validation Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive / Executive: Experience 410 years. Qualification: M.Pharm/B.Pharm. For execution of Cleaning Validation, SAP Validation, Computer System Validation, Utility Qualification (Water system, HVAC system, Compressed Air system and Nitrogen System).
Engineering (Injectable)
Technician/Sr. Technician (Utility/HVAC): Experience 3-6 years. Qualification: Diploma/ITI. Handling of Project/Engineering activities, Utilities equipment Operation & Maintenance, Operation & Maintenance of Water system, PSG & MCDP. HAVC and BMS Operation & Maintenance, HVAC Validation, Knowledge of Process equipment Maintenance. Knowledge of GMP document preparation.
Production (Sterile Injectable – Vial Line)
Technician/Sr. Technician: Experience 1-5 Years, Qualification Diploma /ITI.Having experience of injectable equipment’s Operation, Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) & Trouble shooting activities likes; Aseptic Vial filling line, Autoclave & T.S. Operation, Compounding vessels operation, vial washing, Tunnel, clean room equipment’s and unit operation. Knowledge of GMP document preparation.
