Officer / Senior Officer / Executive – Pilot Plant (Dahej)
Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. Chemical Engineering or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry
Experience: 2-7 years of experience in pilot plant.
Key responsibilities include:
•Manage new product introductions for R&D, including production trials, process optimization, and system design.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, quality, R&D, and production, to address bottlenecks and resolve issues.
•Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from conception through startup and validation.
•Conduct process assessments, take measurements, interpret data, and identify improvement opportunities
•Design, test, and upgrade systems and processes to align with production & quality standards.
Operator / Senior Operator – Pilot Plant (Dahej)
Qualification: ITI AOCP Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. Chemistry
Experience: 2-7 years of experience in pilot plant.
Key responsibilities include:
•Perform batch charging and monitor new product trials in collaboration with the R&D team.
•Assist production officers in scaling up batches to commercial production.
•Collaborate with plant officers and the R&D team to achieve desired product yields and quality while documenting critical observations.
•Handle hazardous chemicals such as bromine, chlorine gas, hydrogen gas, and acidic compounds (e.g., POCI3, SOCI2) with strict adherence to safety protocols.
•Operate and maintain various equipment, including reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs, distillation columns, pressure filters, and high-pressure reactors.
•Support supervisors in executing pilot plant batches and managing multiple products simultaneously.
