Exp: 7-12 years of experience (At least 05 years in Product Management role and 02 years in pharmaceutical sales)
Job Responsibilities:
• Visual Aid development and training.
• Conduct Regular performance evaluations of marketing team members.
• Providing Coaching, Training and Mentor ship to enhance the team’s skill and performance.
• Conducting field visits to identify actual challenges on ground and developing strategies to overcome them with discussion with field team.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Design Promotional / communication strategies for the assigned brand.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to improve product strategy and innovation.
• Involve in product launch activities and market planning strategies.
• Developing product strategies and roadmap that align with the company’s overall business objective.
