Manufacturing
•Any Diploma / B. Sc with 2 to 5 years of experience in Compounding, Vial
•Washing, Filling, Capping, Sealing, Stopper process of Injectables.
Instrumentation
•B. Tech with 2 to 8 years of experience in operations and troubleshooting of
•Manufacturing equipment and control systems including DeltaV DCS, SCADA & PLCs.
Utilities – Boiler operations
•B. Tech with 5 to 10 years of experience in Installation, Operation and Maintenance of
•Boilers, Root Cause Failure Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/PdM
•optimization, and/or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.
•First-class Boiler Attendant Boiler Operation Engineer or Certificate is mandatory
Equipment Maintenance
•B. Tech (Mechanical) with 2 to 8 years of experience in break down & trouble shooting,
•routine repairs and maintenance activities of all injectables equipment maintenance like
•Vial washing, Vial Filling & sealing machine, Rotary washing, Filling & Sealing, Dry
•Powder Line, inspection & Packing machines, autoclave.
