Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
Working in a pharmaceutical environment requires precision and a commitment to quality. As part of our HVAC team, your core duties will include:
- System Operation: Monitoring and operating HVAC systems, DX units, and industrial refrigeration equipment.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting system failures, replacing compressors, and managing gas charging.
- Environmental Control: Ensuring all cleanroom parameters—such as temperature, humidity, and Differential Pressure (DP)—are strictly maintained.
- Compliance & Validation: Handling AHU filter cleaning, performing area validation (including particle counts and classification), and maintaining meticulous daily logbooks.
- Documentation: Ensuring all activities comply with HVAC documentation standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 6 years of hands-on experience in HVAC operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of AHU systems, compressors, and refrigeration cycles. Familiarity with cleanroom environmental controls and GMP compliance is highly desired.
