This strategic role is based in Bangalore and offers an exciting opportunity to drive global sales initiatives in the rapidly evolving fields of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Microarray technologies.

The selected candidate will spearhead international sales strategies, targeting key markets and forging strong relationships with academic institutions and commercial clients. With a focus on innovation and precision, Eurofins Genomics aims to strengthen its global presence through dynamic sales leadership and customer engagement.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute global sales strategies for NGS and Array services
Identify new business opportunities across international markets
Build and nurture client relationships across academia and industry
Collaborate with internal teams including technical, marketing, and operations
Lead pricing negotiations and support marketing plan execution
Manage sales pipeline and forecasting with precision
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should possess a Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Genetics, or related fields, along with 6–7 years of international sales experience, preferably in genomics or molecular biology services. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth across geographies.
