Open Positions and Qualifications
1. Quality Control (QC)
- Roles: Jr. Officer / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
- Requirements: B.Sc or B.Pharm with 2 to 10 years of experience.
- Key Skills: Handling and reviewing documents related to instruments like HPLC and Dissolution.
- Note: M.Sc candidates will not be considered for the QC department.
2. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Roles: Jr. Officer / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
- Requirements: B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc with 2 to 12 years of experience.
- Key Skills: Expertise in Analytical Quality Assurance (Lab QA) and IPQA.
3. Production (Manufacturing)
- Roles: Technician / Supervisor
- Requirements: ITI, 12th, or 10th pass with 2 to 12 years of experience.
- Key Skills: Operating and supervising Compression, Granulation, and Coating machinery (Fette, Glatt, Legacy, Sejong, Ganson, Imprinting, etc.).
4. Packing
- Roles: Technician / Supervisor
- Requirements: ITI, 12th, or 10th pass with 2 to 12 years of experience.
- Key Skills: Operating CAM, IMA, Blister, CVC, and Cartonator machines, plus QMS documentation for the packing department.
5. Apprenticeship Opportunities
- Production & Packing: Open to Freshers with a Diploma, ITI (any trade), or 12th pass.
- Engineering: Open to Freshers with a B.Tech, Diploma, or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Civil, or RFM.
Important Guidelines for Candidates
- Experience Preference: Candidates with exposure to Tablets and Capsules manufacturing are prioritized. Those with experience only in Syrups, Injectables, Soft Gelatin, or API will not be considered for QC and QA roles.
- Regulatory Standards: Applicants should have experience in plants regulated by USFDA or MHRA and must be willing to work in shift duties.
- Re-application Policy: If you have interviewed at Ipca Athal in the last six months, please do not apply at this time.
- What to Carry: Bring an updated resume, passport-size photo, all educational certificates (10th to Graduation/PG), joining and experience letters from previous employers, and your current CTC structure/pay slips.
