About the Role

The Project Support Coordinator (PSC) plays a crucial role in supporting clinical trials and research projects. From managing documentation and system compliance to coordinating with global teams, this position offers hands-on experience in high-quality project execution.

As a PSC, you’ll be responsible for overseeing trial support activities, performing file reviews, managing digital systems like CTMS and eTMF, and supporting internal and client communications. Whether you’re processing key documents, organizing investigator site files, or attending project launch meetings, your contribution will directly impact the quality and success of clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trial tasks and ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

• Conduct file reviews and raise compliance issues where necessary.

• Support study documentation, system access, and training requirement tracking.

• Maintain compliance within digital platforms such as CTMS, Oracle Activate, and eTMF.

• Manage administrative processes, reports, and team communication.

• Organize and document internal/client meetings and follow-up actions.

• Compile study files such as Investigator Site Files (ISF) and pharmacy binders.

• Attend kickoff and launch meetings, supporting the setup of new studies.

What You Need to Qualify

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications may be required.

• 0 to 4 years of experience in a related role—ideal for early-career professionals in clinical research or administration.

• A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for clinical excellence.
