Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Quality Assurance (QA)
-Compliance with cGMP & SOPs
-Timely review & closure of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
-Audit preparedness and documentation accuracy
-Cross-functional collaboration with Production, QC & RA teams
-Contribution to process improvements
2. International Business Development
-Lead generation and conversion for international markets
-Growth in new client acquisitions and market entries
-Timely coordination with supply chain and RA for proposals
-Expansion of business in key regions
-CRM and follow-up management
3. Documentation Cell (QA)
-Timely preparation and control of QA-related documents
-Ensuring document compliance with various regulatory GMPs.
-Archival and retrieval system efficiency
-Review and updates of SOPs as per regulatory standards
-Zero-error documentation culture
4. International Regulatory Affairs
-Timely dossier preparation and submission (CTD, ACTD formats)
-Lifecycle management of registered products
-Coordination with QA, QC, and BD for regulatory requirements
-Query response turnaround time to regulatory agencies
-Country-wise regulatory intelligence and updates
