Location – Patia, Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Head Office
Position – Product Executive & Asst. Product Manager
Education – M. Pharmacy/ B. Pharmacy
Experience – 03 to 12 years

Available Positions:

• Product Executive (1 position):
  Experience required: 3–6 years in Product Management and pharmaceutical sales.

• Assistant Product Manager (1 position):
  Experience required: 7–12 years, including at least 5 years in Product Management and 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: B. Pharmacy or M. Pharmacy

• Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Development and training for Visual Aids.

• Conducting regular performance evaluations of the marketing team.

• Providing coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance team skills and performance.

• Conducting field visits to identify real-world challenges and developing strategies to address them.

• Designing strategic sales plans and promotional strategies.

• Staying abreast of industry trends to foster innovation and improve product strategy.

• Involvement in product launch activities and market planning.

• Developing product strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
