Position – Product Executive & Asst. Product Manager
Education – M. Pharmacy/ B. Pharmacy
Experience – 03 to 12 years

Available Positions:

Product Executive (1 position):
Experience required: 3–6 years in Product Management and pharmaceutical sales. -
Assistant Product Manager (1 position):
Experience required: 7–12 years, including at least 5 years in Product Management and 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.

Educational Qualification: B. Pharmacy or M. Pharmacy

Key Job Responsibilities:

Development and training for Visual Aids.

Conducting regular performance evaluations of the marketing team.

Providing coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance team skills and performance.

Conducting field visits to identify real-world challenges and developing strategies to address them.

Designing strategic sales plans and promotional strategies.

Staying abreast of industry trends to foster innovation and improve product strategy.

Involvement in product launch activities and market planning.

Developing product strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
