Roles & Responsibilities

• End-to-end ICSR case processing, including case intake, triage, data entry, MedDRA & WHO-DD coding

• Perform seriousness and causality assessments and write high-quality narratives

• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements (ICH-E2A/E2B, FDA, EMA)

• Maintain timelines for worldwide safety submissions

• Conduct quality checks and identify discrepancies

• Work with safety databases such as Argus and ARISg

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high pharmacovigilance standards
