About the Role
As a Trainee in the R&D department, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the synthetic team by performing routine and advanced analytical techniques. From monitoring reactions to analyzing critical pharmaceutical compounds, this role is designed to provide extensive hands-on experience with:

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
-
Gas Chromatography (GC)
-
UV and IR Spectroscopy
-
Wet analysis techniques like KF determination, LOD, Residue on Ignition, and titrations
You will also be responsible for calibrating laboratory instruments and maintaining accurate records in compliance with 21 CFR documentation standards, ensuring regulatory readiness.
