Open Positions

Quality Department – (Line QC & Lab)

• Roles: Trainee / Assistant Executive

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry

• Experience: 0–5 Years

• Key Responsibilities: In-process checks and line quality assurance

• Compensation:

  • B.Sc Fresher – ₹18,500/- gross per month

  • M.Sc Fresher – ₹19,500/- gross per month

  • Experienced candidates – Salary negotiable based on current CTC

Quality Department – (Microbiology)

• Roles: Assistant Executive / Executive / Senior Executive

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology

• Experience: 3–10 Years

• Key Responsibilities: In-process quality control and documentation

Engineering – Head

• Role: Manager

• Qualification: B.Tech / BE

• Experience: 15–20 Years

• Key Responsibilities: Leading the entire engineering function

Engineering – Instrumentation

• Roles: Assistant Executive / Executive

• Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Instrumentation only)

• Experience: 3–10 Years

• Key Responsibilities: Experience in PLC, SCADA, VFD, Servo Drives, Control Panel Wiring, Sensors & Actuators

Engineering – Utility (Electrical)

• Roles: Technician / Senior Technician / Assistant Executive

• Qualification: ITI / DEE / B.Tech in Electrical

• Experience: 5–10 Years

• Key Responsibilities: Operation & maintenance of utility systems – WTP, STP, DG sets, Chillers, AHU, and PCC

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

• Roles: Assistant Executive / Executive

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech + Diploma in Industrial Safety

• Experience: 1–5 Years (preferably in manufacturing)

• Key Responsibilities: Safety inductions, toolbox talks, statutory compliance, work permits

Accounts Department – Head

• Role: Manager

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

• Experience: 14–18 Years

• Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable & Receivable, Taxation, MIS Reporting, Budget Control, Audits, Profit & Loss Management

Human Resources (Shift HR)

• Role: Assistant Executive

• Qualification: MBA / MHRM

• Experience: 1–3 Years

• Key Responsibilities: Contract workforce management, statutory compliance as per CLRA
