About the Role
Designation: Project Assistant
Location: Delhi-NCR / Remote Hybrid
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
Working Hours: Fully or partially night shift (to support USA-based clients)
The Project Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction by supporting the onboarding, training, and ongoing usage of Ipseity’s LIMS platform. The role involves regular interaction with clients, understanding their lab processes, and relaying their needs to the technical team.
Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with clients for updates, feedback, and support.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demos of the LIMS software for laboratories (primarily in the US).

Onboarding Support: Assist new clients in setting up and navigating the system.

Technical Support & Training: Provide client support, resolve functional issues, and facilitate optimal usage of LIMS.

Documentation: Keep detailed records of client interactions, requirements, and feature requests.

Internal Coordination: Act as a bridge between the client and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Educational background in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.

Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with clients.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts to align with US time zones.

Familiarity with LIMS and understanding of laboratory workflows is a plus.
