📌 Job Openings and Requirements:
Gland Pharma is seeking qualified and experienced candidates in the following departments:
1. Quality Assurance (Injectables)

Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Sc / M. Pharma
-
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
-
Key Skills:
-
Implement and comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
-
Review and approve validation protocols and reports related to equipment, processes, cleaning, and CSV
-
Conduct Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA) reviews
-
Investigate deviations, OOS, OOT, and other quality events with timely CAPA implementation
-
2. Quality Control – Microbiology
-
Qualification: M. Sc
-
Experience: 0 to 5 Years
-
Key Skills:
-
Perform routine microbiological testing and environmental monitoring
-
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and cGMP guidelines
-
3. Quality Control
-
Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Sc
-
Experience: 0 to 5 Years
-
Key Skills:
-
Conduct wet analysis using IR, UV, pH, etc.
-
Maintain quality control documentation
-
4. In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)
-
Qualification: M. Sc / B. Pharma / M. Pharma
-
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
-
Key Skills:
-
Oversee line clearances for drug product manufacturing
-
Conduct in-process checks during compounding to ensure specifications are met
-
