1. Quality Control (QC) – Formulation

Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Expertise Required:

Analytical instrumentation (HPLC, UV, Dissolution)

Stability studies, FP analysis
-
Handling of LIMS, Empower Software
-
Microbial analysis, MLT, AET tests

2. Quality Assurance (QA) – Formulation

Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
-
Experience: 2 to 6 years
-
Expertise Required:
-
IPQA (Manufacturing & Packing)
-
BMR/BPR review, equipment audit trails
-
Process validation, equipment and utility qualification
-
3. Production – Manufacturing & Formulation
-
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. / ITI / B.Pharm
-
Experience: 1 to 6 years
-
Expertise Required:
-
Manufacturing: Wurster coating, granulation, compression (KORSCH, GEA), capsule filling
-
Packing: Blister (Uhlmann/Elmach), Bottle & Bulk packing (CVC)
