About the Role

The ADL Officer will play a key role in analytical development activities, ensuring robust, compliant, and reliable analytical methods for drug products. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and offers exposure to regulatory-driven analytical work.

Educational Qualification

• MSc or M.Pharm

Experience Required

• 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Analytical Development / Method Validation

Key Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in chromatography techniques such as HPLC and GC

• Working knowledge of UV, IR, Karl Fischer (KF) and related analytical instruments

• Good understanding of ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements

• Familiarity with GLP and GDP practices

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and validate analytical methods for drug products using UV, IR, HPLC, GC, KF, etc.

• Perform analytical method transfers, troubleshooting, and optimization

• Support stability studies and product release testing activities

• Prepare and review SOPs, specifications, analytical method development and validation protocols, and reports

• Coordinate with Formulation & Development, QA, QC, and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project execution
