We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) team at our state-of-the-art Formulation Manufacturing units located near Vadodara, Gujarat.
About the Role
We are hiring for the position of Senior Executive / Executive – MS&T (OSD / Injectable). This critical role involves ensuring the successful technology transfer and robust execution of manufacturing processes for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and Injectable products.
Desired Profile for MS&T Candidates
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Educational Background: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Technology).
- Professional Experience: 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in technology transfer.
- Core Expertise: Proven experience in OSD or Injectable formulation and processing.
- Process Optimization: Experience in the optimization of the manufacturing process and active involvement in scale-up and exhibit batches execution.
- Documentation & Compliance: Proficiency in the preparation of scale-up batch protocols and batch processing records.
- Quality Focus: The ability to review and provide input on Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQA) as a crucial part of the annual product review.
- Technology Transfer: Exposure to the review and documentation of technology transfer documents.
