Ipca Laboratories Limited is hiring experienced pharmaceutical professionals for its Production – QMS team at the Piparia (Silvassa) facility. The company is seeking talented, dynamic, and self-motivated candidates who are passionate about quality systems and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
About the Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong experience in Production Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a formulation/OSD manufacturing environment. Selected candidates will play a key role in ensuring compliance, documentation control, and continuous quality improvement across production operations.

- Designation: Executive / Sr. Officer
- Location: Piparia, Silvassa
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience Required: 6–8 Years
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Handling Production QMS activities and compliance requirements.
- Managing Change Control Proposals (CCP).
- Implementing and monitoring CAPA activities.
- Investigating and handling incidents and deviations.
- Reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Preparing and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensuring effective documentation practices.
- Working with quality management software such as EDMS, LMS, and TrackWise.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- A degree in B.Pharm or M.Pharm.
- 6–8 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of QMS systems and GMP documentation practices.
- Experience in deviation management, CAPA implementation, and change control processes.
- Familiarity with EDMS, LMS, and TrackWise platforms.
